The immediate purpose for which I have created this weblog is to keep track of certain discussions of the [[CDS]] [[Scientific Council]], of which I am a member. At the same time, this act coincides with the creation of the [[CDS User Guide]] section of this website. These ideas sprang up together in relation to my need to study CDS legislation: I'm going to make my own index of existing CDS laws, which I will post on this website.
