==Sit Down==
Right-click on a chair, sofa or other object that supports sitting. The [[Pie Menu]] will open.

Select "Sit Here" in the [[Pie Menu]].

The selected object will then control your pose (sitting, lying, snuggling...).

==Control the View while Sitting==
When you are sitting, you can control your view with the keyboard arrows, as follows:
*Use the left and right arrows to swivel your view from side to side. Note that when you press the right arrow your view will swivel to the left. (This is the opposite of what happens when you are standing, where the right arrow turns the view to the right.)
*Use the up and down arrows to move your view forward (closer) and back (farther away)

==Stand up==
To stand up, press the "Stand Up" button in the middle of the bottom of the [[User Interface]] screen.

If for some reason pressing the "Stand Up" button fails to work, try to teleport or to relog.
