Teleporting is the easiest way to move a long distance across a [[Region]], or to move from one [[Region]] to another.

Teleporting may launched from the [[World Map]], a [[SLURL]] link, a [[Landmark]] stored in [[Inventory]], '''a Landmark on a [[Notecard]]''', a TP invitation sent by a friend, a [[Search]] result, or your teleporting history in the [[Chat]] window.

==Teleport using the Map==
Open the [[World Map]] by clicking on the Map button at the bottom of the [[User Interface]] screen, towards the right-hand side.

Select a point at random on the [[World Map]]. To teleport to that point, either:
*Double-click on the selected point
*In the right-hand '''Map Menu''', click on the "Teleport" button

You will be teleported to the nearest point possible. Sometimes you will be sent to a [[Telehub]] need to walk or fly the rest of the way.

==Teleport using a Landmark==
Open your [[Inventory]], and then open the Landmarks folder. Clicking on the name of the [[Landmark]] will bring up a small menu asking "Are you sure you want to teleport". Click on the button "Teleport" to go to the Landmark.

==Be Teleported by a Friend==
You can be teleported (TP) by another [[Resident]] directly to where they are.

To send someone a teleport to your present location, open their [[Profile]], and press on the button "Offer TP" towards the bottom of the Profile page.

==Teleport Location History==
With the '''Teleport Location History''', you can return to your prior location in just one click. The region from which you just teleported is shown in your [[Chat]] window.

To teleport to your [[Home]]:
*In the menus: [[World Menu]] > Teleport Home 
*On the keyboard: Press CTL+SHIFT+H
