The post was dated Dec 12th. The requestor had changed the topic on the thread and the flagged post was in response to comments made in previous posts, so was not off topic. Slander is spoken, leaving the issues of 'libelous and over inflammatory'. At the time of the original post the requestor had replied to it, quoting it completely and describing it as funny. In addition, the post was not flagged for moderation until 10 days later. Therefore no moderation of the flagged post was performed. The writer of the flagged post received a warning that in future posts please do not refer to people's RL activities and relationships and post only provable facts and personal opinions, stated clearly as such." |
